    3. Excerpt from http://carolyar.com/Illinois/1900/5.htm City of McLeansboro, County Officers.: John Hawthorn Mr. Hawthorn was married in 1869 to Miss Margaret J. Deny, who has been a faithful helpmate to him. They have four children and live on a farm of 130 acres two miles from town, I show that Ezekiel Pierce married a Margaret Denny. I do not have a date of this marriage. Ezekiel Pierce was born in 1801 in Campbell Co. Virginia and died 25 March 1862 in Kentucky. Is this the same Margaret Denny or does anyone have any information on her? Amy Mire ggg-granddaughter of Ezekiel Pierce and Sarah L.
