Virginia: Unfortunately, I am no help to you, but wanted to let you know that I did check a reference book on the "Early Johnson's of Hamilton County" (2000, compiled by Rev. Bill Dupree). It contained no Leanore Johnson, no Leanore Browning, (Leander and other spellings, but no Leanore) nor did it have Johnathon Browning. Sorry I can't help, but if you have more information (such as birth and death dates), I'll try to keep an eye out for you, as I'm researching my Johnson ancestors in Hamilton County. Best of luck.
