Thanks Darlene...this helps sort out one group of Gibsons from another...the J.W. in Jefferson wouldn't be James W. Gibson..he didn't have a brother, Augustus. However, Augustus' father, Samuel Sr., may have been related to James' father, Robert Gibson who died in 1851.
