Misty, - NGS Library's Books To Be Relocated Thanks for the "good news." I have been a member of the National Genealogical Society for over twenty years and have considered dropping that membership many times. This relocation of books should give all genealogist a better opportunity for access to the books, however, if I lived within driving distance of NGS I probably would not want them to be relocated. St. Louis is more centrally located for all. Darrlene
I like that they will be available on loan. I use the library loan system alot and know that others do as well. If everyone is not aware of the genealogy library at Brehm in Mt. Vernon, I might add that they loan most of their books. You can keep the books for a month when you get them by library loan. -Misty- ----- Original Message ----- From: <Djshawn636@aol.com> To: <ILHAMILT-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, September 17, 2001 1:15 PM Subject: Re: [ILHAMILT-L] NGS Library's Books To St. Louis > Misty, > > - NGS Library's Books To Be Relocated > Thanks for the "good news."
