I am seeking any descendants of Elizabeth Louisa Jane Nelson (called "Eliza") who married Joshua B. Jennings in Washington, TN. They lived in Caldwell Co., KY for some time and then moved to Hamilton CO, IL. Eliza was the sister of my great grandfather, James NELSON who married Sarah Jane MATHERLEE. James and Sarah moved to IL also Their son John William NELSON married Lavina Vilena CHAFFIN and they were the parents of my mother, Mary Alice NELSON who married Thomas Alvin NEAL. My gr gr grandparents were David NELSON and Elizabeth Coleman MacKenny. His parents were Henry NELSON and Anna KELSEY. I believe that Joshua JENNINGS died in 1892 in Hamilton Co., IL and was buried in Big Hill Cemetery. Believe also that Eliza NELSON Jennings was living in Norris City, IL when she died.
