Hi List, I am looking for information regarding MARSHALL TATE and FLORA HOWARD and their family. They lived just down the road from my grandparents AARON B. and ANNA MAY (SANDUSKY) SMITH. I think it was in Knights Prairie -McLeansboro. I think there were 4 sons and 4 daughters. LOEDA POE TATE b. Dec. 28, 1905 in Hamilton Co.,m, JOSEPH E. SMITH (my great uncle) Nov. 15, 1953. Loeda died April 19, 1989 and is buried in Knights Prairie Cemetery. LELAND (I think he was her twin brother) worked as a guard at Chester Prison for many years and late in life married AMY ? ?. Amy had been married before. She worked in McLeansboro, IL. ALVA Born? Married? Died? ELSIE TATE never married.
