    3. I am trying to find John Taylor and wife Mary or Magna or Magdalene or combination of the three names , in the 1870 Hamilton Co. census. They were in the Beaver Creek area in 1860 and they appear to be in Beaver Creek in 1880, but I seem to have misplaced them in 1870. Even a page # or House # will do. They would be about 60 something , but I think they had been lying about their age. Thank You , Carolyn Campbell White

    3. Greetings, list! We are in the process of adding a page to our website, for each county, with a sketch history of Regular (Primitive) Baptist churches in each county, and where possible, with surnames of members. These pages hopefully will be refined as time goes on. Today we added several more counties, including Saline and Hamilton, as well as some in west central Illinois. If you wish to see the link and the pages I am referring to, the website address is: http://www.carthage.lib.il.us/community/churches/primbap/pbl.html or go directly to the Family History Assistance page at: http://www.carthage.lib.il.us/community/churches/primbap/FamHist.html Thanks. 1. Re: [ILHAMILT-L] Re: GIBSON/TAYLOR and the WILDCAT SCHOOL...... Now a question about Friend -Hawkins-Hardesty ...offspring of Ida Mae Gibson and William Taylor
    2. MarcoSav
    3. Thanks to all who contributed info on Ida Mae Gibson and William Taylor. Now... any one have any ideas on who: 1) the Mr. Friend was that Martha Ann Taylor married ? 2)the Hardesty that Ella Taylor married ? 3)whose the parents were of Vania Hawkins being referred to as a half-sister to Ida Mae Gibson and who the Hawkins was she married ??? If I understand this right it means that either William Robert Gibson or Martha Francis ? was married at least twice...do we have any idea which one? Any clues as to what Martha Francis' maiden name was? My "Cousin Log" is multiplying like mice in Spring...it is great !! I knew from the minute my fingers typed the first "thank you months" ago to the Hamilton County "List" that I'd found the "old homestead". All of you are great!! Barb in Savannah
