    1. [ILHAMILT-L] Biggerstaffs/Moores
    2. I have found several Biggerstaffs married to Moores. Can someone familiar with this family tell me if I have this correct. I found an obit for Alonzo Moore stating his parents were Lewis and Nancy Biggerstaff Moore. I have Lewis Moore married to Cecia Biggerstaff, and another marriage to Leathy Biggerstaff. Lewis b. 1829 KY I show a Nancy Biggerstaff married 1839 to William Drew in White Co. Alonzo and several other Moores are buried at IOOF. They seem to be related to the Manns. Does anyone know how these Moores which include Dorinda, Thomas, John H., Fred, Benjamine, Flora, Hazel, and Louis fit together as a family? Any information will be appreciated. Joan

    1. [ILHAMILT-L] John K. JOHNSON, Hiram JOHNSON
    2. john L. cunningham
    3. Hi, I am trying to find out how John K. JOHNSON may be related to Hiram, William or Robert Henry JOHNSON. John K. and Hiram were living very close together in 1860 Hamilton Census. I believe that probably Hiram, John K. and Robert Henry JOHNSON all came to IL at the same time. I think around 1843. Also there was a John JOHNSON in Greene Co. that was to sell William JOHNSON'S land when he died. William is father to Hiram and Robert Henry JOHNSON. Somehow or the other I believe my GGGrandmother Nancy JOHNSON HATLEY is related to this family. My GGrandmother was suppose to be cousin to John K. JOHNSON's grandson. Dr. Logan JOHNSON and also cousin to Browning ROBINSON who was grandson to Leanore JOHNSON BROWNING. I appreciate any help anyone can give me and would be more than happy to share what I have. Any chance any of your Biggerstaffs came out of TN about 1828? My Gibson line in Hamilton Co.,IL. ....specifically, great great uncle John Gibson was proud to serve under a Biggerstaff [Capt. John Arden Biggerstaff... 3rd Regiment, 1st Brigade] in the Black Hawk War.
