Funny thing, I just started doing this look up of my family history today and came to your posting! My great grandfather is Frank Planeta! His daughter Dorothy (now Riemer) is still alive and lives in Chicago. George is son, died a few years ago in Coal City, IL while his widowed wife still lives around that area. Her name is Merle (i believe!) Now while doing my researching, Frank shows up being married to a Nettie or something? It's very hard to read it on the 1930 paperwork. We always thought her name was Jenny. I could be wrong, he could have gotten remarried. I do not talk to my grandmother (Dorothy) that much, but when I see her or talk to her next, I will have to ask her all the detail. She married Ralph Riemer June 6, 1945. They have 2 sons Ronald (born in 1949 lives in California) and my dad Douglas (born 10/1953) living in Elk Grove, IL. I know my grandmother also had a sister, honestly, I don't remember her name. I know I was a little kid when she died! Any in! fo on your end would be great!!! Email me sometime please! I don't have any info past Frank Planeta. P.S...
