Born July 12, 1914 in South Wilmingtom. He was educated in South Wilmington Schools.Employed for 32 years at the Morris Paper Mill and at Federal Paperboard Co. He retired from Federal Paperboard in 1979 He was preceded in death by his first wife, Rosemary Smith and his second wife, Lillian Milton in 1984 and a sister. Surviving are a sister, Anna Mae Hougas of Morris and a brother Frank Koncher of England and several stepchildren and neices and nephews. Funeral Services will be Saturday at 10am at the Davis Funeral Home , 301 West Washington St Friends may call between 7 and 9pm Friday, Burial wil be in Evergreen Cemetery.
