The tree you saw posted for the Larkin family may have been my deceased cousin's tree. I too have some of the names you listed in my tree....Horan, Bigler, Ingoldsby and Talbot. We (my cousin and I) are related to the Larkin family through the marriage of James Larkin (1840-1914) and Margaret Finlay/Finley (1849-1913). Both families were from Kings County (Offaly), Ireland and lived for a while in Grundy County, Illinois. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. Sorry for the tardy reply, but I'm just starting to do this research. John Hanlon was born around 1835 in either County Kilkenny, Ireland, or Armagh in Northern Ireland, and died April 5, 1889 in Alton, Illinois. He married Mary Ryan, who was born August 14, 1830 in County Kerry, Ireland. She died August 14, 1920 in Alton, Illinois. Their children included Mary Ellen Hanlon, b. 4/27/1865, d. 6/11/1908, in Alton, who is my great grandmother. I may have more info about their other children (if they had others). Will try to get back to you on that soon. Thanks, Scott Dixon Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. She had been dumped there and then they found her bones later. In the Census this would have been Kate Cockream...In the info I have it states she married a man from Ottawa, Illinois (?). Surely this had to be in the newspapers, I just do not know what year....anyone have an idea??? No one in this family can remember what her name was, or the people that could are gone....any help would be greatly appreciated! I do have a wedding photo and another photo of Edward and Cora Cockream, in the second photo the baby is the "Kate" Cockream...
