It is in the Capitol complex - the Norton Bldg. Not sure of the street address, but it is the building which sits beside and just to the west of the Secretary of State Building (it's on the corner of 2nd & Edwards street) and it is behind the Museum bldg which also sits along Edwards Street. It is straight south of the Capital bldg.
