You've heard from the pros when Shirley and Mary Ann have spoken. These ladies put up tremendous amounts of good accurate information for the rest of us to use. As far as spelling of names goes one of my family lines is known to be spelled 33 different ways. Every time one of them got miffed with another they'd change the spelling of the name.
