Just to keep you , "typing volunteers" exactly what I have accumulated since 1993, I thought I give a small breakdown. This way you will be more in the know of what I have and why I need the help. 1. Ben Kings 5 1/4 diskettes from his 10 years of research: Some to a cousin in Alton, IL; some to a cousin in Lawton, OK; some stored at the Greene county museum; some her at the house. All these have to be reformatted to cd or 3 1/2 diskettes and adapted to a current program. They were all DOS operated disks. 2. At least 8 large boxes of hand written scraps of papers from newspapers (some photocopied - but you could imagine how much that would have cost me). 3 each here at the house right now, 3 hidden in the bowels of the Jersey County Historical Society; 2 hidden near Hillview at a friends house. 3. 3 large boxes of veteran clippings and handscrap copies. (All of the above to be scanned and emailed or postage sent as well) 4. Lastly, two file cabinets here at the house full, I mean full, of family and other information from projects that I am currently working on. 10 years worth of information about Jersey, Greene and Calhoun Counties. Now you know what I mean, when I put out the word, "I need typing volunteers". Thanks for letting me explain. Marty
