I have FTM v.9 that acts up periodically and all i do is installl disc again and it seems to quit until something else pops up, and then run disc install again . I have 2 other programs that i use for backing up each other to work on data and download GEDCOM,s. Family Origin is one. The other is a free database program from LDS.
