Hoping that someone out there is researching or has informatio on Brandis/Brandes, Mantel/Mandel, Luking/Lucking/Lueking and Lange families that I believe first settled in Greene and Jersey Counties before moving on to the Raymond area of Montgomery County. My greatgreat grandmother Minnie(Mena)Mantel Brandis Luking died in Carrolton, Greene co in 1895 while visiting relatives and friends there, according to family oral history. Her obituary says she died in Carrolton but her death record is not found there or in Montgomery County where she is burried. Sue Tolbert
