    3. My connection is through the Davis side (and indirectly through the Morrow side, for Arthur Morrow's daughter Vinecy married John Davis, my gggrf. Arthur Morrow was a brother of Rebecca Morrow who married Charles Lovelace. You're trying to connect Eveline or Delia to maybe the Davis line. I don't have their names in my records, although that doesn't mean she wasn't a Davis. However, as far as I know the Davis group from NC that went to Illinois left in the early 1830's, which could indicate Eveline might not have been born to the Davis clan. It's intriguing to try to connect these families together, so let's keep on comparing notes and asking questions! I'll keep my eyes open for any info. about Lovelace or Hall in NC. Where does the Wood name come in?
