I have been attempting to find anything at all on the siblings of my great grandfather, Charles E. Briscoe, who was the son of Edward and Mariah (Ferguson) Briscoe of Pike County, IL. Charles was born in 1866, and he had 11 siblings, born between 1854 and 1876. In looking through the Illinois State Death Index (online), which gives deaths from 1916 to 1950, I find four that could be brothers of my great grandfather, and wonder if anyone on this list can provide any more information on these individuals, possibly including their parentage, so I could determine whether they are related to my Briscoes.
