Hello Betty. Here's what I found. There is a William TODD (place unk). who had a son named Elisha that on 9-20-1826 married a Sally NEWHALL(b.7-17-1805, d.7-31-1832). From the geography it sounds like Mass. In Ky, there was a Thomas TODD(Chief Justice of Ky. Court of Appeals and Associate Justice of US Supreme Court) who had a son named Col. Charles Stewart TODD, that married Laetitia SHELBY(from the Carolinas) They were married in 1816 Ky.
