    2. You would acquire my undying gratitude if you could find anything about any Silkworth. My research is in this county for earlier residents, but I can sort out our gazillion George's, Williams, Thomases and Johns--even Elisha and Benjamin (tho I think I know them sufficiently now). I'll check dates against censuses and land sales for the sort. I welcome any opportunity to refine my (few, comparatively) Silkworth names if you have the time. And thank you! in advance. New to this list, Jan--a New Yorker displaced (and unhappy about it) in California.
