St. Historical Library, at Old St. Capitol, has a booklet/brochure that lists all the newspapers, and dates, available for inter-library loan and it is FREE. She was viewing tapes for Ottawa, Rockford areas. So I called the next day and asked about it and the woman said, no problem - need your name and address - that was it. So I am expecting it this week - I hope. It will also have the dates the film covers and areas. So if anyone calls, I'm sure they will oblige.
