Recently I spotted in this website the following: Thompson aka Doyle Cemetery Roodhouse Township - Greene County, IL -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Formerly called Doyle Cemetery, this burial ground is about one-fourth mile northwest of Barrow in Roodhouse Township. The cemetery is west of the railroad tracks and on the north side of a good road. Another cemetery will be found about one mile further west, on the south side of the road. Is the "another cemetery....one mile further west" Thompson #1? I can't find and of my "Wines" ancestors in this one which was formerly called the Doyle cemetery and am wondering if the "another cemetery" is the one in which they are buried. I have been informed by volunteers that William Wines, his wife, Dianah (Diana) and two or three of William's children are buried in Thompson #1. Your help would be appreciated.
