If you were a former resident of Troy or had ancestors who lived in Troy at one time, you are invited to write your family biography. The Troy Historical Society will compile the first-ever book on the history of Troy. This limited edition book will include a narrative and pictorial history of Troy and its surrounding area. This high-quality, hardbound book will be between 200 and 400 pages, depending on the number of biographies and pictures submitted and the number of prepublication book orders received. The purpose in publishing this book is to preserve not only historical records, but also the stories of the people who have lived here and that includes YOU.
