My dad fondly remembers a Gertie Abney who helped his mother with the children and housework when dad was little. He continued to visit her until she died. She had a sister Molly who married a Brown, a sister Opal and a brother Otto. Gertie also had a son named Emery. Dad also remembers playing with Emery when they were both small. I'd be interested in any additional information on this Abney family, if anyone has it. Donna
