I know where Robert and Mary Jane moved to but I don't know what happened to her parents and siblings! Mary Jane Sarah Bell was called 'Jane' and her brother's name was John. John never got married and moved from Gallatin County with his sister, brother-in-law and their large family. They had 12 children, 11 were born in Gallatin County and one was born after they moved to Williamson County. In the Gallatin County 1860 census there is an Elizabeth Bell living with Peter Smith and his family. This Elizabeth Bell is 40 years old. Could she be a sister to Mary Jane Bell Crenshaw? Jane would have been about 42 years old in 1860.
