Kenneth, The Handbook is finally finished, proofread, and the cover designed. I have to do the inside flaps of the dust jackets tomorrow and it will be ready to send off. Obviously, it was supposed to be done a few months ago. When I advertised for pre-orders I thought I would have time to finish everything up in a few weeks. Shawnee Community College called and interrupted my mines with an offer to teach. Once the files are shipped to the publisher I've been told it will take 6 to 8 weeks, depending in part on whether I did everything correct or not. As soon as I hear something I will e-mail the lists and everyone who pre-ordered where I have their e-mail. I again apologize for the delay. I understand if anyone would like a refund. I will be happy to do so. Sincerely, Jon Musgrave www.IllinoisHistory.com ----- Original Message ----- From: "Kenneth L.
