I am looking for information about the John Davis who married Mary "Polly" Blair in 1852. Does anyone know who his parents were, when he was born and when he died? Carol Dugger

Could you provide a little more info? maybe children's names? I did a quick look at the 1860 census for Illinois. there 233 John Davis, 70 marys and 4 pollys. will be happy to check census records and I have some will books for before 1850.
