Joe, this is quite fascinating! I have a bit of information on the MALONE, WEEMS and DUGGER connections and a lot of contacts who are following these lines. They are descended from my ggggf John "Surry" Dugger's brother, Alexander DUGGER. The families tended to migrate together from the original stomping ground in VA, through TN (Alexander's family was settling in Maury and Greene Co TN) to parts of S. Illinois.
