Alpha Jane Forrester Van Bibber my grandmother Melissa Jane Buttry Forrester Edward's my great grandmother, when my great Grandfather John Forrester died date unknown burial place unknown she married Leonard Edwards. Melissa Jane is believed to buried beside Leonard, but her name was never added to the tombstone. thats all I know about the Forresters. Grandmother Alpha did have three siblings, William Frederick Forrester, Charles Forrester and Sarah Forrester Catlin. William is buried in CA and Charlie (as he was called) was buried in Pine Bluff, AR. I don't know where Sarah or her daughter Evadeen Catlin are buried. Most likely around Norris City, IL because when her husband died she moved in with her widowed mother and cared for her until Melissa Jane's death in 1945. The current Forresters in CA have dropped one "r." I can give information on them if its needed for their research. Many thanks for your time on this.
