Pat -- I agree that it isn't likely -- I see that in the 1850 census Susan Rice was 9, which would make her 17 at her marriage. Her sister Margaret was then 8 which would make her 18 at the marriage of Mary Margaret Rice to Andrew J Patton in 1860.
