Cornelius Halley Gallatin Co, 9/14/1868 + Charles Halley married Eliza Schufflebarger, Pope Co. 11/28/1886 Notes: Apparently, Cornelius and Christinna were dead by 1886. Ella (half-sister to Charles) and Wm. Aldridge were guardians for Charles and granted permission for Charles to marry.
