Mary Elizabeth Colbert is an ancestor on my mother's side. She married a Charles Richard Tarlton on June 15 1896. Her parents were a James Colbert, born about 1827 in Illinois, and a Mary J. Unknown, born about 1830 in Tennessee. By this information this could possibly be our Mary Elizabeth's mother.
