Fred & All, I forgot to mention, but if you have the 1880 census maybe you have seen Artisima as daughter of Thomas and Mary E. McKinzie. However, this McKinzie family is from White Co, and is most likely a part of the family that ties to some of my kin in White Co. You can find Thomas and Mary in the White co 1870 census, Indiana Creek Prc. with Artemis 9, Benjamin 5, Henry 3, Margaret 10mo. Also in household is Louisa Butry age 12. The sister of my ggg grandfather (Peggy Vineyard) married Alexander McKenzie. They had a son George that went by Thomas. He was born in 1838. I don't know if this is your Thomas but the age is within a year. I did not find a marriage for Thomas to a Mary E. I have George "Thomas" as married to Mary A. McMurtry and only show 1 child, a Stephen Douglas. If anyone knows about George "Thomas", I would like to know. Dave ----- Original Message ----- From: Fred E.
