My husband is related to Mark Downen....husbands grandfather. Hilas Hunter Downen was his father. They were born Gallatin County, Ill. The John P. Kinsall, we don't know who he is either....he simply signed the death certificate...but sounds like the same person that you are related to. Sally Kinsall, in my line was my grandmother Jane's sister. Don't know who William J. Downen is but he must be related. Have you any Downens. You must be related to my mother's side of the family...she Reba Dode Downen married Hilas Hunter Downen.
