Aside from the James T Colbert family there were not many Colberts in Gallatin Co. The only Lucy Colbert that I find is the dau of James T Colbert and she was born in 1847. She could have had a dau Lucy but I dont have the grandchildren of James T. Then, too, any of the 12 children of James T could have had a granddaughter Lucy, but I don't have that info. I reviewed the info that I have on the Colbert Cemetery (also in Saline Co). When I was there I just copied names from tombstones of names that I remembered. No help there. No Oliver Quigley in my file. Sorry, but perhaps you can rethink your info. Do you feel certain that you are correct? If so, keep plugging away. If you are not certain, the chances are better that you will find your info in Saline Co. Just my opinion. Bob Black
