I discovered a marriage license for Tabitha J. Cowen to Joseph Bishop in Gallatin Co. Ill. I know they had a daughter named Elnora Bishop. Tabitha was born in Sept.?-1856? I do not know where she was born. But her daughter, Elnora was born in Omaha, Gallatin, Illinois in 1891. I desperatly want to know who Tabitha was, and who her parents were.
