Hi, I have some information for you regarding MOYE...this line goes way-way back; John Munson 1511 Suffolk, England. Wilford Celtis Moye (AFN: J27R-48) parents; ALBERT L MOYE & MARY Z CARR. Spouse; INEZ WILSON, Omaha, Il. This is my husbands line...most of his ancestors are from gallatin Co. Il. What's so strange is the name Stafford is in my line...they came from Ireland...after having to leave to England. it's a long story...i have several pages if you are interested in them. the name Carr is another in my line..marrying cousins...etc. Most of this info is from the 'DOWNEN HISTORY' book..that is my husband lineage. The Moyes did have at least 5 children...but, one died after birth. And as for giving the names from the data base...it simply states; 'LIVING'...LISTING ONLY ONE.. Jackie Downen
Hi List, I am looking for the family of Willard McCoy who was born October 30, 1891 in Wayne County, Illinois and died in Gallatian County around March 1975. If anyone can help me with this McCoy I would appreciate hearing from them. Thanks, Phyllis

Hi Listers, Does anybody know, or know of, "Ruth Evelyn Phelps Carr"? I'd like to contact her, if she's still around. If not, is there someone who was close to her? Brenda Dutton Kruger Originally from Southern Illinois. Currently in Bremerton, WA DUTTON, PHELPS, CARR, GAUL, LANE, SMITH, TAYLOR, and many, many others.
Hi List(s) I finally got all my cemetery photos uploaded to Webshots. Rather than cause a problem by making them available through the lists, I'll be happy to send a link to anyone who might be interested. I tried to list locations for the ones I could remember. Unfortunately, there are more I don't remember than there are that I do. If anyone viewing my photos knows which cemetery they belong in, please let me know so I can update the info. I do know I visited the following cemeteries: Brady Cemetery, (don't know which county, found by accident) Cemetery north of Cave-in-Rock, Hardin Co., IL Ebenezer Cemetery, Norris City, White Co., IL Ham's Grove Cemetery, Hamilton Co., IL Hickory Hill (Old & New) Cemetery, Hamilton Co., IL Hill Cemetery, Karbers Ridge, Hardin Co., IL Leavellhill Cemetery, Karbers Ridge, Hardin Co., IL McLeansboro (Hwy 14), Hamilton Co., IL Orange Grove Cemetery, New Haven, White Co., IL Plainview Cemetery, New Haven, White Co., IL Powell Cemetery, Norris City, White Co., IL Smith Cemetery, Hamilton Co., IL (Unknown) Cemetery, Karbers Ridge, Hardin Co., IL Union Ridge Cemetery, New Haven, White Co., IL Tate Cemetery, Saline Co., IL Vickery Cemetery, Gallatin Co., IL Village Cemetery, Norris City, White Co., IL West Salem Trinity Cemetery, Mt. Vernon, Jefferson Co., IL And a couple more, but I didn't get their names. All this in 3 days. Wonder why I forgot some of them? :-0 There are 18 albums of photos. Each listed by surname (except for one MISC.) The names include: BENNETT; CARR/KERR; DUTTON; HERRIN; LANE; PATTON; PHELPS; SMITH (1,2,3,4,5 & 6); SUMMERS; SUTTON; TATE; & TAYLOR. Brenda
Does anyone onn the list have access to the cemetery records for Asbury and Cottonwood cemeteries? I have some ancesters I am trying to locate their plots. Thanks in advance for your assistance Lon in AZ
