HI Debbie I have done some research on all of the cemeteries in fulton co and have found none by the name of Deming, and to my knowledge there is no W. Franfort or Deming in Fulton Co. Someone correct me if I am wrong. But in checking the USGS mapping site I did find a Denning cemetery just west of W. Frankfort Illinois in Franklin County. Could this be what you are looking for?
