I am looking for information on my great grandmother, Ellen Shaw b. after 1850. Her father's name was Peter Shaw. She married Robert Ri(t)chardson and they are the parents of my maternal grandmother, Hazel Caroline Richardson Stephens. Hazel was born in or around Breeds. I don't have any documented info on them, only some family anecdotes. Peter Shaw reportedly committed suicide. Ellen was evidently referred to as "Priscilla" for some reason. She also had a half brother named Lou Parker. Ellen and Robert both died relatively young and my grandmother and her siblings were raised by other family members. I am in the process of contacting the Fulton and Knox County records for whatever info they may have. (Ellen was living in Abingdon at some point and I believe that is where Robert may be from.)
