I recently received the obit of Amy Tharp-Palmerton, b. 1875-d. 1962. She may have children/grandchildren, etc. still living, so I will not mention any of the names. I am 99% sure that she is my great aunt. However, I do have a question or two, and hope there is someone who has the answers. Amy and Rosa are listed on the 1880 IL. census with parents, John and Missouri. Was Missouri a nickname? Mrs. Lou (Ford) Tharp is listed as her mother. Her father would be John, b. NJ. 1845. Would like to find if Amy and Rosa had more siblings, and if I am fortunate, I may find our/their NJ. beginnings-<1790. Jan
