Hi all! I sent off for the civil war records of W. E. Lock, one of the residents of the county that enlisted for the war. After a couple of months of waiting for a reply, the form was sent back to me as "incomplete information", even though I had the dates, places, regiments.....ect. But because I did not know what the initials W. E. stood for it was considered incomplete. So, now what do I do? Is there a roster in the county of enlistees that may be able to clarify this person's full name? Thanks for any assistance you can give me. Bev
