I just got an answer back for a request I sent to Fulton Co for the birth certificate for my grandpa. After I sent them $5 to send me a copy, they had the nerve to tell me I didn't pay them. Then they said it couldn't be found. I am very upset about this. How do I find his birth certificate now? Carla
