Just to let you know that my Dad ,Levi Shelton Mason ,born in your county,was killed Friday early AM as a result of a car accident in Two Rivers,Wisconsin ,where he had resided for the last 22 years.He was born February 19,1915 and passed away March 5,1999. He had fought in WW#2 .He had been with the men that landed at Normandy June 6,1944. He was taken prisoner by the Germans at the Sigfried Line Oct.3,1944. He was released 6 months later by the Russian Army. I would greatly appreciate hearing any info about my Dad,his family,his life... He will be greatly missed.
