How Do I post a Message?? I am researching the Samuel and Juda Gillett family who came from Ohio to Hancock County ca. 1840 and later to Fulton County where son W. Jasper (William) Gillett became a doctor. Married Martha Michel from McDonough County. Later moved to Labette Co. Kansas. Samuel and Juda had very large family. At least two sons served in civil war.
