Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone has a connection to any RICHARDS in Fulton Cnty. My ggrandfather Herman Haupt "Sparky" RICHARDS b. 1887 married Florence Edna MUSTARD in Fulton Cnty. 7/8/1910. I am having a hard time finding out where he is from. They had three sons: Herman b.?, Justus "JUDD,"b? and Otis Roy b. 11/6/1913. Any help or advice appreciated!
