    1. Wills, Wills and more Wills
    2. Hello, Well, I finally received the Wills from the Fulton County Circuit Court; and, just my luck, they are not my MILLERS. If they are yours I will gladly send them to you....No charge except postage; just proof of relationshiph. The first one is for Barnard MILLER, who lived in Lewistown, IL. He had no apparent heirs and died the 27 June, 1864. The next Will is for Henry W. MILLER, who died on 20 January, 1898. He owned land in Pleasant Twp, Fulton County. Some of his heirs were , (daughter), Daisey E. BUCKLES and J. W. Buckles. His wife, Mary MILLER died shortly after her husband's death. The third one is for Jacob B. MILLER of Lee Twp, whose wife was Amanda Jane Dobins. Jacob died in 1838. These Wills are complete, including receipts. His land came from John HOUSEHOLDER, a private in the War of 1812, and was asigned to Jacob MILLER of Morgan County in the state of VA. Also some land which had belonged to Rebecca ANDERSON, widow of John ANDERSON, who was also a private in the VA Volunteers War of 1812 and was sold to Jacob B> MILLER of Morgan County, VA. Evidently, Daniel L. MILLER was the only heir. Regards, Judith Goodwin
