    3. Interested if anyone has access to marriage records for Fulton County or census records for 1900, 1910 or 1920 for Fulton County. I am interested in the Harry Thomas Baxter family. He married Emmeline Blanche Windsor 12-5-1902 in Fulton county and they went on to have 4 children, Mary Frances, Roscoe Thomas, Clarence Leroy, Edwin. Would like to learn of Harry and Emmeline's parents and siblings and verify the birth years of their children etc. Thanks, Janine ILFULTON-D-request@rootsweb.com wrote: > Subject: > > ILFULTON-D Digest Volume 98 : Issue 27 > > Today's Topics: > #1 Fulton Co.
