    3. Alice, Here is an obit for my husband's great grandfather for Project Fulton Folks. Although the obit doesn't say it, Carl lived the vast majority of his life in Canton. He had two photography studios; one in Canton and one in Peoria. His father and mother, Moses and Sarah E. (HAMILTON) Landauer lived most of their lives in Canton, too. Enjoy! "CARL T. LANDAUER (This is dated Tuesday, August 5, 1941) Funeral services for Carl Theodore LANDAUER, 76 years old, 119 Dayton ave., Peoria Heights, who died Friday afternoon at St. Francis hospital, will be held at 1 o'clock this afternoon at the Gauss mortuary chapel. The Rev. E. L. Fernandes, pastor of Arcadia Avenue Presbyterian church, will officiate. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery. A son of Mr. and Mrs. Moses Landauer, he was born in Louisville, KY on May 21, 1865. He was married to Miss Hattie Newburger in Louisville in 1894. She died in Peoria in August, 1907. He was last employed as an assembler for the Altorfer Brothers company. Surviving are two sons, Ezekiel Landauer, Trenton, N.J. and Robert Landauer, Caldwell, Idaho, and one sister, Mrs. Edward Cox, Jersey City, N.J. Also surviving are five grandchildren.
