    3. The LDS Family History Centers are a wonderful source of information. You can order microfilm or microfiche for $3.50 per roll. The film will remain available for one month, but can be retained longer for an additional fee. The libraries have viewers available for no charge. The volunteers are very helpful. You can even go online at www.familysearch.org and check their library for an extensive list of the films that are available. You can search by name, location, etc. I've added many names, dates, and data to my family tree by looking at microfilm of census records, marriage records, court records, soundex, land records, probate records, etc., etc., etc. Don't hesitate to stop by your local Church of Latter Day Saints and ask about their Family History Center.
