Thanks Mary & Carol, Thanks for the quick reply. I was trying to find out for a new lister, Marilyn. I had told her how to post a query to the list. She subscribed but and all she got back was the message that I got about a Caroline Rocco being "out of the office" until the 15th. I knew that wasn't right but it was most confusing to her. . . . and me.
